At Wood Plastix, we produce most diverse shapes, sizes and colours of polyester (PU) and polyurethane (PE) climbing holds. Polyester hold production is somewhat older, but in high demand never the less, because of the strength and reliability of the holds made from our polyester resin and sand mixtures. The safety of the climber and the maximisation of our product’s lifespan are our primary concerns.

We are aware that achieving this requires innovation to stretch from the top floor to the shop floor. Our well-attested polyester mixture recipe is best utilised when combined with our workers’ decade-long experience and their own shop-floor-level innovations into our production process, which further maximise yield and minimise rejects for a constantly widening palette of shapes and colours that are bound to add that extra oomph to the climbing experience.
