For over two decades now, our factory has been building its international reputation, manufacturing wood and fibreglass products for various European and global brands. You can read more about it here.
Our current wood processing machine fleet consists of three CNC machining centres, one Morbidelli m100 and two Morbidelli x400, along with a Cefla PRIMA finisher, a Paoloni TX145CL spindle moulder and an SCM class si 400 sliding table saw. These capacities enable us to produce tens of thousands of square metres of panels per year, along with thousands of climbing wall volumes of all shapes and sizes. Following our success in the climbing wall market, we decided to expand our production to include a broad variety of furniture as well.
Along with our wood processing capacities, our factory houses a polyester and polyurethane manufacturing facility, as well as a tailor shop for safety mats and wall-to-wall carpets (PVC and carpet covering) which can be used in climbing gyms, sport centres or any other activity facilities. The sawdust and the leftover pieces of wood from our main production are processed into briquettes and sold as a sustainable and economical substitute for firewood.

Fiberglass is a highly profitable material due to its durability and resistance to fire, corrosion, weather and UV rays. Wood Plastix manufactures holds and macros for professional climbing walls, but we can also produce various custom shapes.
